"I am appalled a progressive company would resort to such crass advertisement and website address. Educated people make their points without language that could be offensive to others. Is this the image you really want to make"?

Love your web site. For all of those neigh (sic) sayers, a wise old man once told me "One who is offended by something not intended to offend them is, indeed the true offender." Don't give in. The free publicity has to be worth a fortune. Quality products and good value will far out shine a few loud mouths who can't seem to fit in with the rest of the world.

"These appear to be a unique product that could have advantages in numerous applications. However, you need to change the name. As a professional engineer, A "Big Ass Fan" is not something I will let appear on any drawings or specifications I create".

I browsed through a few of the comments, and the folks who were complaining about your name being offensive amused me. I'm not a facilities engineer ( I'm a software / electrical engineer ), but in any design in which U OEM somebody else's equipment or material, the things that I ( and management! ) will be concerned with are how well the product does the job and its cost to us. Customers coming into our printing press manufacturing plant will not see or care about the brand of the fan unless it doesn't work. If your fan works, any employee working on it ( hopefully not too often ) who is offended can be assigned to do something else. Finally, I'm saying this as a born-again Christian; Christ died to save our souls, not make us all PC.

After reading some of the complaints you received concerning the "Big Ass" name, I have come to the conclusion that these same people have never gone to the hardware store and purchased a "Bastard" file.
